By accessing or using the So Real Gems website and by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Natural gemstones vary in color, inclusions, and appearance, and no two are identical. We photograph each stone as faithfully as possible, but screens differ and slight variation between the image and the stone in hand is normal and expected. Weights, measurements, and descriptions are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Because each piece is often one of a kind, availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. In the rare event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order, refunding you in full.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is no longer available or we're unable to verify payment. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of purchase.

Shipping, delivery, and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of So Real Gems and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

The site and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, So Real Gems is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
