Shipping

Complimentary Insured Shipping

We offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on all orders within the United States. Every parcel travels via a tracked, premium carrier and requires a signature on delivery — your piece is protected against loss or damage for its full value until it reaches your hands.

For security and discretion, our packaging is unbranded. Nothing on the outside of the box indicates the value of what is inside.

Processing

When Your Order Ships

In-stock gemstones and jewelry are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves our atelier.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are crafted by hand and typically require 4–6 weeks. We will keep you updated at each stage, from stone selection through final setting.

Delivery

Transit Times

Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Because a signature is required, we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.

International

Shipping Outside the U.S.

We ship to select international destinations, fully insured. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you would like a shipping quote before ordering, reach out to pearl@sorealgems.com.

Returns

14-Day Returns

If a piece isn't right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify, items must be unworn and in original condition, accompanied by all certificates, original packaging, and any tags.

To begin a return, email pearl@sorealgems.com with your order number. We'll reply with an insured, prepaid return label and simple instructions.

Refunds

How Refunds Are Issued

Once your return arrives and passes a brief inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Need a Different Size?

We're glad to help with ring resizing or an exchange where possible. Email us and we'll walk you through the options for your specific piece.

Final Sale

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For reasons of hygiene and craftsmanship, the following are final sale: bespoke or custom-made pieces, engraved or personalized items, and pierced earrings. This will always be noted clearly before you purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect

If Something Arrives Wrong

In the rare event a piece arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you — including all return shipping.
