Our Gems

Are your gemstones genuine and natural?+

Yes. Every stone we sell is a genuine, natural gemstone, described exactly as it is. Any treatment a stone has received — heat, for example — is disclosed plainly on its product page, because we believe you should know exactly what you're buying.

Do your stones come with certification?+

Notable stones are accompanied by an independent gemological report detailing their identity, weight, and characteristics. If you have a question about certification for a specific piece, just ask before you order.

How do you ensure ethical sourcing?+

We work directly with trusted partners in the world's storied gem regions and choose stones whose origin and handling we can stand behind. Responsible sourcing isn't a marketing line for us — it's the reason the brand exists.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Your payment details are encrypted and processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number.

Is checkout secure?+

Completely. The entire site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.

Can I reserve a stone or arrange a payment plan?+

For certain pieces we can accommodate a short hold or installment arrangement. Email pearl@sorealgems.com and we'll see what we can do.

Sizing & Care

How do I find my ring size?+

The most reliable way is to have your finger measured by a local jeweler. If that isn't possible, write to us and we'll share a simple at-home sizing guide. Most rings can be resized after purchase.

How should I care for my gemstones?+

Gently clean with warm water, a drop of mild soap, and a soft brush, then pat dry. Store pieces separately to prevent scratching, and remove jewelry before swimming, cleaning, or applying lotions and perfumes.

Custom Work

Do you create custom or bespoke pieces?+

We do. From a loose stone you've fallen for to a fully designed-from-scratch piece, our atelier can bring it to life. Share your idea at pearl@sorealgems.com and we'll guide you through the process. Bespoke pieces typically take 4–6 weeks.

Shipping & Returns

How is my order shipped?+

Complimentary, fully insured, and signature-required, in discreet unbranded packaging. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

What is your return policy?+

Unworn pieces in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, with the exception of custom, engraved, and earring items. See Shipping & Returns for the full details.
